Who are we?

JT is a technical member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa. Before co-founding PeopleRadar he worked at PwC as part of the Actuarial Consulting team where he gained experience across the financial services industry — including Investment Valuation, Banking, Life Insurance, Strategic Workforce Planning, and People Analytics.

Paul is a seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of multiple ventures spanning financial services, HR, and edtech. As the former CEO of Picsa and founder of QuietLife Ventures, he brings deep expertise in building businesses that address South Africa's most intractable social and economic challenges. He is also an ex-actuary and ex-CFP.
